*We offer completely private parties. Your party is the only party in the facility during your scheduled party time!
*Parents can take pictures, videos and even go out in the gym to play (not many places allow that!) :-)
*Party holder may arrive up to 30 minutes before the party begins to set up, or you can also add additional time by the hour.
*Children 3 years and under must be supervised by their own parent or guardian during the party. Parents are encouraged to go out on the floor with children under 4 years old.
*Set up assistance, party room service AND clean-up is done by Ultimate Staff at an additional cost.
*Party holder is responsible for bringing any food. Drinks and supplies can be provided for an additional fee, or party holder will also need to bring those too.

HOW TO BOOK AN ULTIMATE PARTY
**It is best to book your party at least 4-6 weeks in advance to get the day and time you want most. Sometimes we are booked out over 8 weeks in advance!**
1. Call, Facebook message, email or stop in during weekday office hours to check availability (refer to hours listed on home page).
2. Fill out a party contract in person, securing the available date and time.
3. Pay for your party in FULL (including requested add-ons) at booking.
