Class Descriptions

 

Beginner: Co-ed class. Entry level class to fundamentals of gymnastics/tumbling and helps to pave a safe and effective road to more progressive skills

Intermediate: Intermediate level of skill progressions and core fundamentals for safe advancement. 

Advanced: Advanced level of skill progressions and core fundamentals for safe advancement

Preschool Gymnastics: Ages 3-5 years old. Co-ed/45-minute class. An exciting and energetic format to hold the development of motor and social skills. Gymnasts will learn the basic skills of gymnastics and tumbling and the ability to work with and alongside other children in a group setting.

Basic Tumbling-skills are measured through an assessment to determine level and placement

Advanced Tumbling/Gymnastics-Invitation Only

Afterschool

Calling all energetic and fun-loving kids aged 5 and up! Get ready for the ultimate playtime experience at 4K Xtreme! Looking for a safe space for your child after school or simply interested in our cheer & gymnastics program, but your schedule will not permit? Our afterschool program is the place for you! *Enroll in classes or simply register for our afterschool services! Our program is like no other! We are a program designed to provide a safe and supportive environment for children to complete their homework, socialize & make friends while engaging in fun, recreational, and educational activities! We have indoor inflatables & 4,400 sqft of indoor play space!

 

At 4K Xtreme, it's all about the kids. We create a safe and supervised environment where they can unleash their energy and have an absolute blast. Please note that this event is exclusively for children, so parents can sit back and relax knowing their little ones are in good hands.
